Welcome to Greci Counselling Services.​ In our work together, I believe in the power of evidence-based practices to help individuals heal from traumatic events, navigate life changes, and achieve their goals. My clinical therapy practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences and emotions without fear of judgment.

My Story
I am so glad you found this page to learn a little bit more about me! My work is grounded in compassionately connecting with individuals "where they are at," whether you are navigating relationship loss, burnout, self-esteem issues, or are in search of a place that feels comfortable to share uncomfortable feelings.

I work with individuals who are over-achievers and identify with perfectionism and self-esteem. I also work with people who have experienced traumatic experiences that have impacted their relationships and sense of self. My past work includes collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams in hospital settings to support aging populations. I have also worked within the non-profit sector, supporting people who are experiencing homelessness, trauma, and addictions, as well as providing support to family members of those who have family members who live with addictions and/or mental health diagnoses.

In my personal life, I have had the opportunity to experience many life transitions - including career shifts, a long history of entrepreneurship within the food industry, and grief and loss, among others. This lived experience allows me to connect to your journey as an ally within our shared humanity. I am privileged to be part of your counselling journey.
